What if my claim was a while ago?

The general rule is that you have 3 years from the time of your accident to claim compensation for it. If you were injured as a minor this 3 year limitation does not start until you are 18.

How much of the compensation do I receive?

Aim Claims will ensure that you receive at least 75% of the accident claims compensation that is awarded to you.

How much compensation can I receive?

The amount of compensation you receive will depend on the extent of your injury. The average injury compensation claim can range from £1,000 – £10,000. There are other amounts that you can claim for, such as ‘loss of earnings’ and ‘out of pocket expenses’.

Do I have to visit a solicitor?

Not usually. In most cases the compensation claim is dealt with over the phone or in writing. If you would like to arrange a visit by an advisor before being placed with a solicitor, we can do that for you.
